The Consumers Health Forum of Australia (CHF) is the national peak body representing the interests of Australian healthcare consumers. CHF works to achieve safe, quality, timely healthcare for all Australians, supported by accessible health information and systems.

The Health Care Consumers’ Association (HCCA) provides a voice for consumers on health issues and opportunities for health care consumers to participate in all levels of health service planning, policy development, research and decision making. HCCA is a health promotion charity and the peak consumer advocacy organisation in the Canberra region.

Health Consumers Queensland is the peak organisation representing the interests of health consumers and carers in the state. We are committed to a health system which delivers quality and safe health services and values the voice of consumers in how health services are designed and delivered.

The Health Consumers’ Council (WA) Inc, HCC for short is an independent, not for profit organisation passionate about ensuring the Western Australian health consumer is at the heart of our state’s health care system.¬¬¬ We provide an independent individual advocacy service, as well as an engagement program to support positive partnerships between health services and consumers. This supports our role as a systemic advocacy voice for Western Australians.

Healthdirect Australia provides trusted health information and advice online and over the phone (1800 022 222), available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Funded by the Governments of Australia.

Public Health Services works to improve and protect the health and wellbeing of all Tasmanians. We partner with individuals, groups and communities statewide to achieve this outcome.

Tasmanian HealthPathways is web-based information portal developed by Primary Health Tasmania. It’s designed to help primary care clinicians plan local patient care through primary, community and secondary healthcare systems.
