Welcome to our new colleges, societies and associations The number of medical colleges and societies participating is growing as the Choosing Wisely Australia campaign builds momentum. Consumer roundtable On 9 September 2015, NPS MedicineWise and the Consumers Health Forum of Australia jointly hosted the inaugural Choosing Wisely Australia Consumer Roundtable at NPS MedicineWise offices in Sydney. Participants began to identify opportunities and challenges for consumer engagement with the Choosing Wisely Australia initiative. First pharmacist organisation on board In recent months the Society of Hospital Pharmacists of Australia (SHPA) became the first pharmacist member organisation to join Choosing Wisely Australia.
